Calling all Monarch writers, poets, playwrights, and more! If you love to write and want to spend some time being inspired by fellow writers and Monarchs who love writing, join us this June on campus for an in person writer's retreat. The annual retreat is open to graduates from all backgrounds and majors, regardless of writing experience. The retreat begins on Thursday, June 22 at Noon and ends on Sunday, June 25, after lunch. All events take place on King's College campus. Lodging is also available on campus in the student dormitory building known as Alumni Hall.
Fees* and Registration Deadlines
The costs of Leo's Writing Retreat are as follows:
- All meals and sessions - $135
- Apartment with shared bathroom $25/night ($75 for all three nights)
- Apartment with private bathroom $50/night ($150 for all three nights)
* Fees are fully refundable through June 7, 2023; Fees are partially refundable (50%) until June 14, 2023. After June 14, 2023 fees are non refundable.
Optional: If you would like to donate to the King's College Presidential Hope Fund which supports promising King's students who are struggling financially to complete their King's College education, we have also included the option for you to make a gift at this time. This is not required but helps many good students with financial hardship.
