Alumni Book Club: Between the World and Me
Wednesday, February 16, 2022
7:00pm - 8:00PM Via Zoom

Join the King’s Alumni and Friends Book Club in reading New York Times Bestseller “Between the World and Me” by Ta-Nehisi Coates. Constructed as a letter to his young son, Coates’ book is part-memoir, part-history lesson, and part-vision of the future. He narrates his own racial education, from childhood through Howard University and beyond, and offers a framework for how the reader might understand America’s current crisis.  On February 16, Alumni Ruthly Cadestin ’14 and Eric Seals ’16 will lead our online discussion for this National Book Award winner.
